I don’t understand the world of Telco, so was happy to stick with my inadequate telco provider, however, after speaking to Casey at SouthCloud, I decided it would be worth taking the risk and jumping to a new Telco provider. SouthCloud supplies my NBN internet services both at my home and for our business and also our VOIP telephony system for our business. The tech team implemented all of these services personally and has provided outstanding support when we’ve had the occasional problem (fried modem) or questions about the VOIP system. The NBN service is more reliable now that we have changed to SouthCloud and seems to always perform at great speed. We operate the largest vintage market in the Southern Highlands, and also run our retail and wholesale businesses from our office, so reliable internet service and a sophisticated and reliable phone system is essential. Our home is simply another work location for us, so reliable internet there is a must as well. Andrew provides these services with personal, friendly and professional standards. I find him honest, straightforward and reliable. We’ve also recently upgraded our IT security to the latest web-based technology and implemented a VPN to protect our data from intrusive attacks.
